Method of Preparation:
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
- Marinate: In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of tomato puree, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, ground black pepper, salt, curry, and thyme. Coat the chicken drumsticks in this mixture and let them marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables
- Chop Vegetables: Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Chop the red onion and bell pepper. Mince the garlic cloves.
- Combine: Mix the chopped vegetables and minced garlic together.

- 400 ml (1 2/3 cups) tomato puree
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine

Method of Preparation:

- Sauté Vegetables: In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, peeled and chopped carrots, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and the onion is translucent.
