Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Grate the potato tubers on a coarse grater and place them in cold water. Rinse for three minutes.
- Squeeze the potatoes and place them on a napkin to absorb moisture.
- Transfer the squeezed potatoes into a container.
- Season and Mix:
- Add salt and sprinkle with thyme or other herbs of your choice.
