- 1 bag vanilla sugar

- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup butter
Preparation
Make the Cream Filling:
- Mix Ingredients:
- Break two eggs into a pan.
- Add regular sugar, vanilla sugar, and corn starch.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth and bubbly.
- Add Sour Cream:
- Beat in the sour cream until well combined.
- Cook the Cream:
- Place the saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly with a whisk (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the butter and mix well until the cream is thick and fragrant.
Prepare the Cake Base:
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- Pour flour and sugar into a bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Incorporate Butter:
- Roll the butter in flour to make it easier to handle.
- Grate the butter on a coarse grater.
- Rub the butter, flour, and sugar together with your hands until it resembles crumbs.
- Cook the Crumbs:
- Pour the crumb mixture into a pan with a non-stick coating.
- Fry over low heat until golden, stirring constantly.
Assemble the Cake:
