Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cabbage:
    • Clean the cabbage and cut it into round slices.
    • Place the cabbage slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
    • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the Minced Meat:
    • Transfer the minced meat to a bowl.
    • Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic.
    • Season with salt, pepper, sweet pepper, and Provençal herbs.
