Ingredients
Dough:
- 2 cups 00 flour
- 3 ½ tablespoons melted butter

- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- Icing sugar, as needed

Preparation
- Prepare the Apple Filling:
- Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into small pieces.

- Let the mixture caramelize over medium heat and then cool.
- Make the Dough:
- Break the egg into a bowl, add the salt, vanilla sugar, and stevia sweetener (or sugar). Mix well with a hand whisk.
