Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meat:

    • In a large bowl, combine the meat with starch, soy sauce, and red grape vinegar. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the Meat:
    • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  3. Fry the Onions and Garlic:
