  • 2 teaspoons agar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice


  • 5 ¼ ounces milk chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil


  1. Prepare the Base
    • Arrange a mold on a plate. Soak the biscuits in milk and stack them side by side in the mold.
  2. Make the Cream
    • In a container, beat the butter until fluffy. Gradually add the condensed milk while continuing to beat.
  3. Cook the Sugar Mixture
    • In a pot, combine water, sugar, vanilla sugar, and agar. Stir and cook over low heat until it starts to bubble.
