Delicious Fluffy Yogurt Cake

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Yolks and Yogurt Mixture

  • Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy and they form stiff peaks, which should take about 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 3: Combine Mixtures

  • Gently fold the whisked egg whites into the yolk and yogurt mixture until well combined.

Step 4: Bake the Cake

  • Line a cake mold with baking paper and pour the batter into it.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 50 minutes.
  • After 50 minutes, lower the temperature to 275°F (135°C) and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.

Step 5: Cool and Serve

  • Let the cake cool in the mold before removing it.
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
