Ingredients

  • 3-4 boiled eggs
  • 2-3 boiled potatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2-3 sprigs of green onion
  • 3-4 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Fresh parsley, to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Prepare the Cucumbers:
    • Wash and peel the cucumbers.
    • Cut them into rounds and place them in a large bowl.
    • Add a little salt, stir, and let them soften for 10 minutes.
    • Once they release their juice, drain the water by squeezing the cucumbers with your hands and place them in a separate container.
  2. Prepare the Eggs:
    • Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into cubes.
    • Add the eggs to the container with the cucumbers.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Wash and finely chop the green onion.
    • Clean and chop the fresh parsley.
    • Add both to the bowl with the cucumbers and eggs.
  4. Prepare the Potatoes:
    • Peel and dice the boiled potatoes.
    • Add the potatoes to the bowl with the other ingredients.
